This is the companion cartridge to GC1VRYP, Buffalo Naval And Servicemen;s Park Wherigo.

About This Cartridge

This wherigo cartridge is set up a bit differently from the others that I have placed to date.
Instead of being taken on a guided tour of the park, you will be asked questions by one character. Each question will have a clue to help you find the proper ship or memorial, your task will be to seek out the information and return with the correct answer. Once you have correctly answered all the questions, the location of the cache will be revealed.

Starting Location

Start the cartridge near the U.S.S. Croaker

We enjoyed going through this very informative tour of the memorials around the Navel Park. We did the Commercial Slip Wherigo last year on the same day (a special one for us) and enjoyed that one as well. Even though the format is different, it still made the activity fun to do, as well as educating us on facts we'd normally overlook. Thanks for all your work!

Very nice naval park and a very interesting place with all the memorials and history! Worth doing for sure. We preferred the format of the Whereigo at the Commercial Slip ourselves. Thanks for your efforts!!

Great bit of history. I was in town for a wedding. I had time to kill before checking into the hotel, and I had this lined up. A lot to see in this park! Like others, I wasn't too keen on continuously going back to Zone 1 to answer questions, but oh well. Couldn't find the cache at the time I was there. Perhaps next time.

Had fun with this one, was a great tour and learning experience of all the monuments. The only downfall was running back to Zone 1 all the time to answer the questions.

Completion code is not being accepted though...?

Had a lot of fun with this one. I have not been to the park in close to 10 years (since my sons were in cubscouts and we slept on the USS Little Rock). Enjoyed all of the new monuments and learned a great deal. Had a little trouble at first finding the cache at the end but suddenly I turned around and there it was. Thanks for the fun and the education.
