William Cochran is a professional artist who specializes in painted illusions in downtown locations. Besides Frederick he has painted murals in the historic district of Albany New York. Visited some murals yesterday, and visited the Angels today. Interesting to learn that this artist also has work in Albany, NY, which is where I was born and grew up.
