About This Cartridge

A 13-stage multicache that will take you to several historic parts of Golden Valley. Final cache is not at the listed coordinates. You will need to answer a question at each location to navigate to the final.

Don't be intimidated by the number of stages to this multicache. Golden Valley is a relatively small city geographically, and you can complete several of the stages without even leaving your car. As extra incentive, we've let you know which caches are within a third of a mile or so of each stage, including puzzles -- several for which we have also included waypoint projections. Permission has been obtained from puzzle owners to do this.

Starting Location

The posted coordinates will take you to the Golden Valley Historical Society Building.

I did this one mostly by the waypoints rather than the Wherigo but it was a great tour.

I will try this one this weekend. Joel, to answer your question, it is on geocaching.com as well but it is listed as a multi, not as a wherigo on the maps. It seems this wherigo was created on the backs of the multi that already existed. This type of multi is a great use for the wherigo!

Quite close to home, I'll try this weekend for my first one. I wonder why this doesn't show on geocaching.com?
