About This Cartridge
If you have cached in NWI, you have run across the name salz69. Salz is a prolific cacher as he is known for having a lot of finds, but he has also placed a lot of caches as well. In this Wherigo you are trying to get to 100,000 finds before salz69 does. It's a friendly competition between cachers. So choose your strategy wisely because you may end up with a bunch of DNF's if you only go for those seemingly easy mini-power trails. This Wherigo is play anywhere, however in order to log a find, you must find the associated container and sign the logbook. Any logs found to be in non-compliance will be removed.

Blevdeb and I enjoyed playing this cartridge even though it was a cool rainy day in NWI-land today! The final was wonderful - well stocked and I removed a trackable to pass along! Thanks for the fun one and for letting me think - even for a nano second - that I could possibly ever attempt to race Salz69 to 100K!!!!!!!!!!!! This was my first attempt at a play anywhere cartridge...interesting idea that turned out very well!!!!!!!

#4951 @ 10:55 AM. We kicked off the Independence Day weekend by seeking Wherigos and Brews, and "Race salz69 to 100K" was the first of two smileys. We were thrilled to sign the log right after the Man himself and Bushwhacking Queen, and we left signature "Cache Is King!" and Gnome tokens. Thanks to sgerbs for another well done favorite!
