About This Cartridge

Have you ever played The Game Battleship well this the out in the field version. You must sink all battleships before your ammo runs out. To start the game, stand in the middle of the field and select the "Start Game" item.

The ships will be hidden from view until you damage one. To shoot where you are standing, select the caliber shell from your inventory and click the "Fire!" button. All ships within the shell's area of effect will be damaged.

To win the game, you must sink all five ships before your ammunition runs out.

The cartridge can be played on the droid as well as an iPhone! Worked fine on the Droid but if it crashes right away you may not have a good Satellite lock try starting it again.
and a hint having a 2nd GPS could be a plus but not needed More Details on the cache page here:

Very frustrating. Can't get the completion code to display for more than a second or two.

The final cache appears to be gone.

I played this cartridge today on Papa EGTH's iPhone. I mistakenly closed the cartridge down in the middle of playing it, so I had to start all over again. Fortunately, I was able to knock out 2 small ships with one round to complete the game, so that felt really good. The cache was in good condition, though the natural camo had died down and it was a bit exposed.

I designed the cartridge so the ships are placed randomly on the field at the start of each game. What fun is it if you know where the ships are?

To be nice to your device (avoid a lot less processing), I did not implement code to make sure ships do not cross each other.

I'm happy to see A Team Vallejo has adapted the cartridge for California. Have fun with it!

MCL1080 won this as an FTF prize at the pizza event tonight. 6 of us started, but the 2 ladies had to call it an evening. so starting in the same spot, MCL1080, LDNomad and myself all set out in different directions, with darknight2003 chasing the "boats" around. the interesting thing about this wherigo is that even though we all started the cartridge in the same spot, the targets were placed in different areas. this a different type of wherigo than others i've done, but definitely lots of fun. thanks for the adventure!

I won this wherigo at the frogs pizza night, Joyful Nomad joined me and Spiritofkaos was my ride and had Darknight2003 with him, so they came along too, Rubberpaws and the other half of joyful nomad were there for a little while but had to leave early. There were 4 of us running around, it was fun, then A team showed up to check on us. Fun wherigo.
