This Wherigo Cartridge will take you on a virtual tour of our Solar System while you actually travel east on US Route 24.
Once you reach Pluto, you will be directed to a physical cache container.
I successfully tested this cartridge on an iPhone using the wherigo app and also on a Garmin Colorado.
Sounds should work for Garmin receivers, so be sure to set your tones to "on".
Limited sounds have been added for other Wherigo platforms.
Be sure to log a find for GC531HP on geocaching.com after you complete this cartridge and find the cache.

Super fun. After driving the distances between the first 3 planets, I was in shock when driving the scale distance between the last three planets.
great adventure.

I tried to play this one with a Garmin Oregon 450 and also an IPhone. After a third of the way into it, the Oregon 450 went blank. I restarted it, but it wanted to start from the beginning. I have no idea what happened with it as it had fresh batteries and seemed to be in good order. I just continued playing with the IPhone and all went well throughout the entire process. I had a bit of trouble getting the code at the end to be accepted, but after several attempts it finally went through. This is probably one of the best Wherigo cartridges that I have played. It was well thought out and the execution was flawless (except for my Oregon). The education made it interesting and fun. It was fun to travel at warp speed. Thanks for a great job!

I played this cartridge with Arrowhawk and Booboo_1. It worked really smoothly, and I was able to upload the saved file to unlock the cartridge after we were done. . . something that rarely works for me! There was lots of information included, and we scored well on the quizzes. We hadn't done our homework in advance, so we didn't realize how far we would be driving. . . guess that was part of our education! Thanks for the fun.
