Nestled among the rolling hills of the Verdigris River Valley, Cross Timbers State Park is located 12 miles west of Yates Center, KS. The park provides access to the 2,800-acre Toronto Reservoir and offers camping, hiking trails, fishing and more. This Wherigo will take you on a trip to Duck Island in the park's reservoir.
About This Cartridge
You'll need a boat or similar vessel to reach Duck Island. Be careful and adhere to all park regulations! You’re looking for a soda bottle preform at the final. Be sure to save your progress at each stage! We'd hate for you to have to make this fateful trip more than once. And be sure to write down the coordinates you see at the completion of the Wherigo.
There is a $5 one-day motor vehicle permit fee to enter the park. Please visit the park's website for the latest fee and vehicle information.

Our first Wherigo that required a boat and it was a lot of fun. We saved the game every step of the way which helped when we got to the last stage as we had to repeat it. We were in our Avon rubber dinghy and trying to write down the numbers was a challenge. We were really pleased when we found the blank log on the cache. Think this is the only FTF we have had on a Wherigo. Thanks. J & K
