A short walk following the railway line out of the town centre. This shows how much the town has changed.

Well we did all the hard work for this last night during a 5 mile walk around Wrexham after dinner. But as it was the first Whereigo we had ever attempted we were just pleased to reach the final destination, so actually forgot to look for the box. Embarrassing I know, but it was half ten and dark already and we just forgot. So after a day exploring the Mega and surrounding countryside we came back to find it and sign the log as our last cache in Wrexham. Great fun, and we'll definitely do more of this type now.

Popped into Wrexham this afternoon and had a look for a few geocaches we'd previously missed, as well as trying out 2 of the whereigo caches.
This was the first whereigo cache that we had done. It took a while to get the app working on our phones but quickly got the hang of what we had to do, except we forgot to get the physical cache at the end so had to go back for it later.
TTFC
(we still aren't sure what to do with the code it gave us)

Having already walked around Wrexham for breweries, and for cinemas, this time I came for the old railway.
It took just an hour and on route I met various colourfiul characters.
I didn't know Wrexham had an underground, but I even found a train in a tunnel!
Thanks for another enjoyable Wherigo
