This cartridge demonstrate the primitive compass navigation.

About This Cartridge

In few hundreds years ago, many people went sea, and tried to find a new world.
Of course they didn't have GPS system. But they had skill to find location.
They remember the markers direction from the ship and could return to the original point.

Using this cartridge, you can experience compass navigation.
Please stand on the wide area without texture on the surface (such as grass field).
Only with compass and finding the direction of the markers, you can return the original point without GPS.
After return, GPS of the cartridge tell whether you returned the correct point.
When you can return within 10 meters to original point, you will complete the cartridge.

Starting Location

Anywhere in the world, at least 100 meters open in one direction.

iPhone 4 OS 5.1
Wherigo App Version 1.3.7

No problems with the cartridge or the app or the unlock code.

Now you'll need a version for navigating a triangular pattern!

Lots of fun, reminded me of an orienteering corse in Boy Scouts.

Seems like a nice idea, but could not get it to run on my Oregon 550t. Just shut it down every time play is pressed.

Had a lot of space to complete this in an incomplete subdivision. Used the electrical junctions as my sites.
