Actually, the Hobbit journey of the companions nalak and Sir-h-c should be told in Lord of the Rings style to do justice to the genius of the WIG and the great realization in the beautiful hiking area. But unfortunately I'm far too little of a fanboy for that and don't even know all the movies, let alone the books. So I have to limit myself to my own narrative style and will try to report on the journey as best I can.
Coming from the parking lot, we dived into the story. The wetlands marked on the map brought the Shire to life. One day, Gandalf appeared, telling about a journey and a task. He would accompany the companions for part of the arduous journey. Then it was time to say goodbye to Gandalf, the Shire and everything the companions knew.
The companions were afraid of the dark night forest, as they had heard many a gruesome tale about it. But their fears were unfounded; the laurel forest was nice and shady, pleasantly cool and quiet. There were no blood-sucking monsters out and about.
They crossed the forest and reached the Shadow Brook Gate. A strange figure offered them help, but led them astray along difficult paths. If only they had not accepted the figure's offer, they would have been spared a lot of trouble
Back on the right path, the companions crossed the Schattenbachtal valley and reached the Misty Mountains. Fortunately, the name was not the agenda today, so the companions enjoyed a magnificent view.
On their way, they met a dwarf who asked strange questions but was ultimately very helpful.
The arduous ascent to Erebor took its toll on the companions' strength. They satisfied their hunger with several crumbs of lembas bread. Once at the top, they couldn't believe their luck. A magnificent view from the mountain of fire to distant worlds beyond the sea opened up before them. The exertions were immediately forgotten.
Once they had completed their task, the companions walked back through Rivendell to the Shire. Home again at last, with Rosie. The companions wrote down their impressive journey in a logbook, which they placed in the safe. This or something similar is probably what happened.
Many thanks for the great WIG, which embeds the story perfectly in the surroundings. It was exhausting, but a lot of fun.

Nach exakt sieben Jahren ging es trotz der Pandemie zusammen mit dem männlichen Teil der ***Bültis*** wieder mit dem Flieger nach Teneriffa. Hier standen schöne Wanderungen, endlich ein Besuch auf dem Teide und das Verkosten von festen und flüssigen lokalen Spezialitäten auf dem Programm.
Heute stand eine schöne Wanderung bei Erjos auf dem Programm und nach dem Abstellen des Autos ging es los in die Berge.
Eine sehr schöne Strecke, die aber zu unserer Überraschung heute ebenfalls von vielen Gleichgesinnten genutzt wurde. Dies hatten wir bis dato vergleichbar nur am Teide. Spaß gemacht hat es aber trotzdem und der Fund dieses Caches hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen!
Después de exactamente siete años, a pesar de la pandemia, volvimos a Tenerife en avión junto con la parte masculina del ***Bültis***. Aquí, hermosas caminatas, finalmente una visita al Teide y la degustación de especialidades locales sólidas y líquidas estaban en la agenda.
Hoy estaba programada una bonita excursión cerca de Erjos y, tras aparcar el coche, nos adentramos en las montañas.
Una ruta muy bonita, pero para nuestra sorpresa también fue utilizada por muchas personas afines hoy. Hasta entonces, sólo habíamos experimentado esto en el Teide. Pero aún así fue divertido y el descubrimiento de este caché fue un factor importante.

We made this nice journey across Middle-Earth together with Lara75 and Memau on a very hot day. We used Android smartphones and it worked well, but we did not get the codes at the end althougth the cartridge said it is unlocked.
Due to Calima the sight was not good. Wild fennel smelled all around. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it. At the end it was hard to get to the container while wearing shorts, but we made it We left a favorite point

Eine sehr phantasievolle Reise durch das heute allerdings sehr trockene Auenland. Zusammen mit Lara75 und Suse&HRo konnten unsere keine Gefahren schrecken und keine Ungetüme aufhalten, bis wir am Ende die Dose fanden.
Gerade die Suche am Ende allerdings dauerte etwas länger als gedacht, da wir einerseits den Hint etwas anders verstanden hatten, andererseits wohl schon länger niemand mehr hier gewesen war. Aber Ende gut, alles gut - Vielen Dank!

Diese Reise begingen wir vor Jahren in grauer Vor-Caching-Zeit, also als die Elben 🧝🏼♂️ noch jung waren, schon einmal. Die Erinnerungen daran waren nicht so gut da das „Rothe Buch 📕 der Weisheit“ den Weg nicht immer eindeutig wies und wir fast im Schattenwald verschollen gingen. Damals war der Navigationzauber noch nicht mit uns.
Diesmal jedoch kam es anders. Ausgestattet mit dem neuen Zauber 📱 verließen wir zielsicher das Auenland. Wir fanden Gandalf 🧙🏼♂️ , durchquerten den Schattenwald 🎄und kamen bald am Schattenbachtor an. Wir erstürmten Dol Guldur 🏰 und trafen alsbald auf Gimli. Er wies uns den Weg um Gipfel des Erebor 🏔. Der Drache 🐉 schlief tief und fest und sein kleiner Wächter konnte uns nicht am Heimweg hindern.
Nach einer langen Reise, auf der uns Zauberer, Elben und Zwerge gut gesinnt waren, kamen wir, bepackt mit Schätzen 💰💎, wieder im Auenland an.
Einfach ein toller Cache! Leider können wir nur einen Favoriten 🥇 hier lassen. Verdient hätte er mehr.
