NATR Natchez Trace Wherigo

I am visiting Ridgeland for work this week and I was happy to see this Wherigo not too far from where I was staying. I had not been able to get out before this afternoon to geocache, and I am leaving for home tomorrow, so I knew I needed to go after this one today or I would have to wait until my next visit to the area. The cartridge worked perfectly and I enjoyed my walk along the trail, even though it was hot, and learn about the Trace and its history. All too soon, it ended and I had the final coordinates. Off I went for it, and once I spotted a geotrail, I knew I was close to it. I was surprised how exposed the cache was when I saw it from about 40 feet away, but it was in good shape and apparently unmolested. T -- Logan Roadhouse bucket; L - ORR carabineer.
