A Short tour of Starkey Park

I noticed this wherigo on my map last night while looking for a nearby smiley to fill an empty calendar day on Tuesday. Not quite sure why I didn't receive a notification when it was published but since the FTF was still not claimed it couldn't wait for Tuesday. I arrived at Starkey around 9:00 A.M. half expecting to find another cacher with the same idea. The cartridge worked like a champ on my iphone 4S as it led me around the park and I only resorted to my Garmin for the final. Even after chatting with a ranger that I encountered at the kiosh for about ten minutes and using a restroom a little later I had a clean log in hand by 10:00 A.M. Thanks oldrocknmetal, for taking the time and effort to place a wherigo in west Pasco. To anyone who has not found a wherigo I would say, don't be intimidated. They are fun and easy.
