We played a version in Bucharest: A Reverse Cache Lost in Bucharest (GC857WG):
We already found a couple of reverse Wherigos. Therefore it was easy to get the final coordinates. On our first day in Bucharest we went to the final and had an easy find. It was our first Wherigo in Romania.
