Walk in the Park

This was a very well written Wherigo, in a really nice location. The trail was mostly shaded, and since it was paved, bike riding was a breeze. We saw all manner of critters along the way, including herons, ibis, egrets, osprey, squirrels and a huge gator. I left my iPad in the minivan for this hunt, opting for my Oregon for ease of transportation on my bike. We also had a couple iPhones and a Droid along. The cartridge played flawlessly for all the devices, with only one minor exception. When I answered "Yes" at the final zone, a screen popped up telling me I had completed the cartridge, and reminding me to log both the cache and the cartridge, then my GPSr shut off. I tried it again, with the same result. Not sure why that happened, but since it did it after my name was in the logbook, I ain't gonna lose any sleep over it.
This one earns a favorite point.
