I discovered the WIG while preparing for our vacation. Sounds exciting, we could try it on vacation with enough time. So I drove to Punta de Abona with nalak and we parked the CM. Then off we went...
It went quite well at the beginning, because despite quite low dice results, we made good progress and were able to use some ladders. We soon reached our destination, but didn't hit it for ages. It was back and forth, snake bites, ladders, dice, dice, dice, dice, walking for a very long time. It seems that the game is left to chance instead of being purposefully led to an end after a few rounds. So we had to fight hard to complete the WIG. Later and longer than expected, we finally hit the target.
Then we dragged ourselves to the final. The search for the can was another challenge. Numerous hiding places on both sides wanted to be investigated. Finally, we found the right spot and were able to sign the logbook. We were a bit worn down and forgot the PW to activate the completion code.
Thanks for a surprisingly challenging and lengthy WIG.
