This was my first, happy to report it had all of the excitement of learning how to geocache for the first time. I have to think this a good "Intro to Wherigo," now I will seek more. Also a good intro to Beverly Commons, fav point. TFTNew experience!

From 8/14/2013: Even though it was my first attempt at a Wherigo, I was hoping I could blunder through this. I downloaded the software necessary the previous evening quickly and easily. I wasn't sure I could Wherigo and Geocache at the same time, so I brought two devices: Droid X2 and Garmin Oregon 450t. I tried the Droid first, but it kept mapping me as being in Prague. Good thing I'd been there before, otherwise I could've thought "PRAHA" was my smart phone laughing at me.

Things went seamlessly with the Oregon, until I needed to find granite. I couldn't get a directional, and I know there's tons of granite around here. I "saved" my progress in Wherigo (good to know you can), and moved on to what I know better, seeking geocaches.

This was my first ever Wherigo, and it was a BLAST!! Began my adventure with Sloth96 as part of the Icon Challenge - trying to find 8 cache types in one day. Glad that Sloth96 was with me (he had already played), as I was a bit confused at the beginning. But I soon got my feet under me, and we were off! I cannot believe how clever this whole process is. Thanks so much Bumble! for putting this together. It was a really fun adventure.

This was my first Whereigo cache and I didn't know what to expect. It was a lot of fun! I was bike riding in the woodlands and saved a little time before I left to go on this adventure. Had to push my bike down a couple of narrow trails, but I was glad I had it for a few segments. Now I want to find another Whereigo and see where it takes me. Thanks for the adventure!

I really enjoyed this hike on Beverly Commons. I must say when I first read the description I was thinking of a space like Boston Commons, but once I saw the terrain in the geo app, I knew to bring the insect repellant. It took me about 2 hours, but I do hike at a leisurely pace and not always on the shortest path. I have enjoyed both Wherigos I have done and I will be looking for more. I did save this one until today so I count it toward the 7 Souvenirs of August.

Worked fine for us, maybe because I knew what to expect. Played and grabbed this one with Weatherchicky and Milo Tony after completing The Puzzle Gauntlet Series.

We were so excited to see a new Wherigo published, but were admittedly a little sad that we weren't closer. When the torrential rain canceled our camping plans, we decided to head up this way to tackle the Wherigo. This was an excellent Wherigo that made good use of the existing sites in the woods and created a fun and interesting narrative with a little variety to the tasks that needed to be accomplished. OG esp. enjoyed several of the elements of the program He also found an interesting lean-to/fort nearby, which kept him entertained.

We started the Wherigo on both the iPhone and the Oregon, but found that the Oregon got stuck (we will email details to prevent ruining any surprises). The iPhone worked like a charm and we soon found our way to GZ to sign the log.

Thanks Bumble! for another interesting Wherigo. It is so exciting to see the ways that this program can be used, as we are looking for ideas for our next one! I wish I could give you more favorite points as we know how much time this took to make and test.
