Using a Nuvi 500, we tried to play this cartridge two different days in the field, but both times the Nuvi crashed when entering the Unknown Sapling zone. Unfortunately, we had to use the emulator to complete the cartridge. We did have a great time in the field. Thanks for all of the work on the cartridge.

I've played this one at home, but on site it just didn't work out...though I did learn some new things about the wonderful oaks along the trail...Thanks!

Our first WhereIGo has finally been done, a new symbol. It was rather warm out here today especially with a laptop along with everything else. Thanks for the work you have done on this. Found the ammo final - What kind of tree was that? A telephone tree? Accidentally left our walking stick at the final and had to go back after finding Croom Depot cache.
Thanks,
Seekerfamily

FTFAD - First to Find as Designed. Is that a category?

Decided to put this one through it's paces with our Pocket PC - Bluetooth GPSr combination. Happy to say that we had no problems running the cartridge. Only a few minor issues getting the zones to trigger due to the tree cover.

Enjoyed the quercus lesson. Never knew that oaks hybidized in the wild.

Left a the Lumpy TB in the physical cache.

Enjoyed this!
Thanks
M&M

Well, I didn't get the walk in the woods, as I don't have all of the high tech equipment needed to do a Wherigo in the wild...

Played around with this on my PC and found the final location. Was on my way to do some cache maintenance so I took a short detour and found this cache. I am sure I will be back with Beth in the future so we will have to look for the trees mentioned in the cartridge.

Thanks for another Wherigo cache to find. Good to see you using your Quercus book...
