This adventure starts at the The Abbey in Shrewsbury and ends with a final cache container that you can log at GC4P6Q3.
You will be taken to a number of places in the centre of this beautiful town. At each location you will find out about some of the legends and ghosts connected with it. You will meet some characters from the past and present. Each character will help you on your way to finding the cache.
Shrewsbury is an historic market town with the town centre having a largely unaltered medieval street plan. The town features over 660 historic listed buildings, including several examples of timber framing from the 15th and 16th century.
It should take approximately 1 hour to complete this Wherigo, but you may get distracted by the many interesting shops, cafes, museums and the charm of this historic county town!
GOOD LUCK

We didn't have anything to do today but drove to Shrewsbury hoping that geocaching would be enough to keep us amused. It certainly was! It was great fun going to all the locations. A lot of interesting facts. And you managed to creep my sister out with that painting! TFTC

This was a good walk showing me many interesting things and ghosts around the town. I cannot mark it completed as I don't have a completion code and it wont let me upload the completed cartridge.

This was my first Wherigo Cache and I loved it - what a fun way to find a cache! It took me a lot longer than 2 hours but that is because I did some other caches on the route and stopped for a delicious Cream Tea. Thanks for this exciting and informative adventure.

First time we've tried one of these and it was a lovely introduction to some hidden parts of Shrewsbury that we didn't know existed. Would make a fun pub crawl. Thanks for putting it together.

We had two hours for our visit in Shrewsbury and decided to play this wherigo. And it was the right decision! We were brought to a lot of nice locations, saw interesting places and learned a lot about Shrewsbury! We reached the final just in time (due to some other caches we found along the way...) before our free-parking was ending... We really like the story and the cache! Thanks a lot for hiding!
