A great cartridge, for all ages. As detailed in our geocache log, we made it harder for ourselves by our own incompetence, but if you know how a Wherigo cartridge works, and don't press the wrong buttons on your GPS device, this one will work just fine. As well as various zones to go to, there is a puzzle element finding the answers to various questions in the locality, and then deducing which of various options to follow. There is quite a walk along cliff paths to the final couple of zones, so you don't want to be going in the wrong direction. And there is a proper cache to find at the end, as the final zone. We gave this cache a favourite point.

We started this Wherigo last night and talked to a lot of people. Actually we also talked to a real fisherman to get some information. But then we believe to wrong fisherman, had the wrong equipment and walked the wrong way.

Tonight we continued. We had a new theory and picked up some new gear. After a short while on the other path we heard good news and continued. The news got more and more encouraging and all of a sudden we heard a howling noise. Then we found out the truth behind the black dog and soon we discovered the treasure. And I touched the treasure with my bare hands!

Thanks for the great story, the well programmed cartridge and the little adventure in Bouley Bay.

We really like wherigo caches and this was definitely on our 'To do List' while in Jersey.
We met up at 10am with TAG and Lime Candy on another beautiful morning.

After going to the first 2 locations we soon found ourselves talking with the fishermen. After making notes and some discussions we decided which way to head next, we were very pleased when the iphone started making the right noises. A lovely walk to GZ and we soon captured the black dog, really enjoyed the story and we were also pleased we hadn't fluked our way here as we were ready with our answers.
A quick find at GZ and a 'lovely' (I think) surprise on the cache waited for us
My Oregon decided to switch off on me here and I hadn't saved the completed game I did try to resume my saved game just before I captured the dog but it wouldn't restart properly.

This was a great wherigo and luckily we got it right first time.

We made our way back to starting point and enjoyed a picnic sat on the bench overlooking the bay. Many thanks for setting this wherigo for us to enjoy today

Very nice cartridge. I made two wherigos already so I know how many work you made.

This was a very enjoyable walk in the sunshine. The Whereigo worked perfectly until switching off right at the end but a quick re-load solved the problem.
