Tourist wherigo cache for cachers with muggle family, this will take you round some interesting points of Harrogate. Where possible I've tried to include interesting sights or existing caches, if you're looking for somewhere to start!

Parked on Trinity Road which was free and fired up the Colorado. Soon off and running and a very enjoyable 7 miler around Harrogate visiting places we were familiar with, and some others that came to light as and when the GPS beeped. Found 20 of the 25 locations and then headed for the final coordinates where a quick find was made. Many thanks to CO for building this cache

We parked up on Stray Rein and made the journey to gz looking out for points of interest along the way. Sure enough the Wherigo player came to life as we neared famous landmarks around this great City. 11 located sites into the game and disaster struck, an error message came up on the way to another point of interest and the cartridge shut itself down. We reloaded it but it didn’t seem to want to play so after checking with the CO about a particular location we decided to start again using J’s phone and it wasn’t too long before we had all 15. A fab Wherigo and a great ‘guided tour’ around the city.

I ♥️ WIGs are always a challenge as you have to guess at where the zones might be. That said, we struck lucky on our Lab Cache tour of the town today and managed to find enough to unlock the prize. However, with 4 Android phones on the go in our group, only one persons phone pinged at all the places we visited. All on different networks...maybe that's why?
