A short walk in an historic interesting place in Gothenburg

About This Cartridge

CASTLEHILL (Slottsberget)
Lindholmen castle is an old historic place and were presented to Queen Blanka of Namur by King Magnus Eriksson as a morninggift (not bad!) when they married 1335.

There are no documentation of the castle design as it was burnt by the Danes early.
Most of the houses here were made by shipyard workers in about 1870.and they of cause used the remains of the castle as foundation for there houses so I guess nothing is visable today. You have the old drawing 1864 maybe you can imagine and see some walls . The castle were probably surrownded with water as it is named Lindholmen ( holme is a small island in swedish)
Take a stroll in this picturesque area and collect information for the final cache
You start below by the ferry and find a narrow lane if you aim for the closest zone. You can take the zones in order and the 2 last zone comes up when you have been by the 3rd zone and in the last zone you get information how to find the cache.

Short walk after work together with my cache-buddy ekpers.
First time doing a wherigo with the iPhone - worked surprisingly well....
The final-container we found in seconds, we were afraid that it would take a while - but that was indeed easy.

Did the walk together with Team MEJ. I think we noted the wrong number on one place, but as the coordinates pointed out in the water we edited that number until we got to land and there was the cache. It seems I can't unlock the WheriGo when I upload the save-file, which would have been nice.
