The cartridge will lead you on a tour of the Lickey Hills covering approximately 3 miles or so and should take around 1 to 1.5 hours to complete dependant on the routes and decisions you take along the way. There is a cache to be found on completion of the tour and tasks GC2HCAZ. I have tested this myself but it is my first ever cartridge so any comments or suggestions are more than welcome.

About This Cartridge

Tree cover may affect GPS especially more so in the summer months.

Please be aware that the terrain can be extreemly muddy at times and some parts are verry hilly and potentially unsafe to traverse dependant on age and fitness levels.

It is therefore recommended that you stay on the main paths at all times unless you are confident in your abilities, especially when going down certain slopes. Please remember that if there has been any rain recently, slopes can become very slippery and sometimes tree roots may be concealed which may cause a trip hazard or be unusually slippery.

Please take care and most importantly - enjoy the environment. The Lickey Hills can be very busy at times and very tranquil at others. It is a fantastic area which is steeped in history. To find out more about it, why not visit "The Visitor Centre" while you are there.

The final cache location involves a slight detour from the main path and a bit of crouching and creeping to reach the site.

Starting Location

The starting location is the official parking area adjacent to the Lickey Hills Visitor Centre.

I've been waiting for a dryish day to attempt this one It's been on my to-do list for a couple of years
Today was cold but dry and although it was half term it was quiet enough Set off as required found first item and did what I had top do. I carried on with no issues until I had all the required info Set off to GZ where it was a NQF. Signed log and went back to the Visitor Centre for my usual bacon and mushroom sandwich,
The time from start to cache was one hour and five minutes and was completed on an iPhone 5S. TFTC.

This was my first attempt at a Wherigo and found it fascinating. I messed up the second sculpture and rather than waiting started again. Didn't quite understand the concept of the key but then clicked and after that all was quite fun.

But now I've completed it, I cannot find the log file to upload, from my iPhone .

Lots of fabby views and accurate information.

Think i might get hooked on these.
