About This Cartridge
Keep Fort Smith Beautiful with Pride
Working with the Mayor's Office a few of the local Geocachers have taken on the responsibility of doing a continuous trash clean up on 79th Street from Rogers Ave. to Phoenix Ave. It's only about 1244 feet long and has sidewalks on both sides of the road. At the Rogers and Phoenix intersections there are cross walks. I would suggest using them while doing this Wherigo cache to keep the kids safe.
This is a CITO type cache. Bring a couple grocery bags and gloves. If you choose not to pick-up trash you will still have to find 3 pieces of virtual trash to complete Cartridge. Please log the amount of trash you picked up. Pictures are welcome too. Now turn up the volume and lets get to it.

Business owners asked us to park just north of the starting area near the road, leaving the parking spots closest to the building for their customers.

Cold day, but took the walk up and down the street on both sides until the game was completed and I had the completion codes. Nice that this group is patrolling this street for the city of Ft. Smith. Enjoyed the cartridge.

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS ONE. I MISSED THE ACTUAL CACHE LOCATION AND HAD TO GUESS AFTER LOOKING AT THE PHOTOS, ETC.

Finally getting around to logging some wherigos on this site. Thanks for the fun! Great way to pick up trash and keep an area clean! Didn't take long at all. :)

What a great Whereigo game. I went over there yesterday tried to do it with my phone but it was so bright and I couldn't see the screen very well had to quite. I loaded my GPS up with the cartridge and when back over there this morning and it worked great. I will have to say, had a little trouble with the first piece of trash but from then on I was so ready for the rest of the trash!!! It was right on the money short walk and really enjoyed playing!! Thanks so much for an easy one.
