Sometimes, the search for that special someone requires a bloodhound.
As a new FBI agent, you've been assigned to the high-profile D.B. Cooper case. Cooper, you'll remember, leaped from a plane flying over the Pacific Northwest with $200,000 in cash. The trail has been cold for decades, but new evidence leads you to a small town in southern California. Your boss has given you a very simple task: find the elusive D.B. Cooper!
You've arrived at a street corner near a trail. Hmmn, which way to go?

Gimp805 and I came down from Santa Barbara to hit up the three Whereigos in this neighborhood. It was a beautiful day, and this one was very well thought out! We were already both familiar with the D.B. Cooper story, so that made it even more fun. Thanks for the great Whereigo!

I completed this one today with Trixxster and Silver Horde. It was very well done. We enjoyed finding clues and interviewing witnesses, as well as the walk to the final. Trixxie's Nuvi dumped out near the end and she couldn't complete the cartridge on her GPS, but my Oregon worked well. We did some of the tasks in the wrong order, having found the physical cache before we completed a couple of them, but it all worked out in the end. Thanks for a fun experience!

We really enjoyed chasing D.B. Cooper's trail! We didn't realize that we shouldn't have taken our dog, Chelsea, to the final until we were all the way back out and saw the sign...oops!
We tried to unlock the cartridge, but for some reason it doesn't show as complete. I don't know where we messed up, since we found all the clues and the final container. I guess we're still learning! ;)
Thanks for all the effort you put into this! We enjoyed it very much!

Thought we'd start off the new year with Wherigo. It was fun. Think we missed some parts...no luck with finding a briefcase and "homeless" was jumping all over the place; the closest we got was 2 feet and nothing else popped up. Unfortunately, due to the recent rains, the trail to the cache was closed. So we were unable to make the final grab...though did get the coordinates. Thanks for the fun. We'll log the cache when things have dried out a bit.

My 700th Find!
What an awesome milestone marker. A new cache style, a new icon and a new area to me. This was a well done cache and after experiencing it, I now see the Wherigo's capabilities. I had a blast searching the very cool trail system with my buddy condor man and making sure we didn't miss anything. Thanks for the cool adventure!
