Haven’t done one of these in a while. Had to remember the convoluted method of loading the cartridge on my iPhone and also remember to never switch apps during the game for fear of crashing the app and losing stage information. Maybe someday I will get my act together here. :-) Once I dusted that rust off, I thoroughly enjoyed this walk about Point Pleasant and learning/re(learning) about the events that took place here. Very well done. When I got close to GZ, I was worrying that it was going to be a LPC. Glad I was wrong. Removed unusably soggy log from container, dried out the container and added a new log. I left the old log in the host, just in case it still had value. TFTC/Wherigo SL TN LN. Super job on this!

The best thing about this whereigo cache is that it takes you right to the Silver Bridge collapse sight memorial plaque. That was so neat to see, despite the tragedy backing it. I had watched the Mothman Prophecies movie just before coming down here to the Mothman Festival so that it could be fresh in my mind - still a really neat creepy thirller movie. Also we enjoyed the history on the haunted hotel I didn't know about. Plenty of Men-in-Black walking around the Festival today. We also walked by the theatre and peaked in on one of the mythical creature presentations.
The final was full of wasp-mans haha. I did the grab and dash approach several times and wasps poured out of the box like a waterfall. I think I made Dad nervous, but I wasn't about to leave without signing the logbook.
Talk about a really REALLY REALLY long line to get into the Mothman Museum during the Mothman festival! We passed on that today even though we drove 147 miles one-way to get here from Troy, OH (despite I really wanted to see it) - will come back on a day the festival is not going on to see the museum and more of the town.
Found with my dad, agent74 (8yrs) and DoubleAgent17 (4yrs).
The unlock code upon completing the whereigo actually worked.
