Played without any errors on Sony Xperia Z1 Compact. Sometimes compass and distance were fixed - going one step back (on the Android device) with just a restart of the navigation helped.
On this old phone it is no problem to put it on and off, find a regular geocache or taking photos while playing a wherigo. Even having a break is possible.
