Changed description and hint for the final cache as we've replaced it with a new cache in the same area.

Following comments of finders, we have increased the size of the final cache zone and added some text to the penultimate stage just in case other finder have GPS problems at the final cache location.

Amended the way the final cache reveals itself following comments from the FTF.
Also added a new zone on the High Street to point out something relevant to the story as you are walking past it and might otherwise miss it.
