We had no problems playing the cartridge with our iPhone. No crashes and eventually it brought us to the final for the find on a nice hide. TFTC. SL.

Using the WIG app to download cartridges is still clumsy for me but didn’t take as long this time. Maybe I’m just starting to get the hang of this thing. Although the vendors are gone and many of the attractions are closed due to the Covid19 pandemic, the zones are still accessible during the day. I came by bicycle, so heading off to the final was no problem. Thanks for the quick tour.

We have done 17 prior WhereIgos. We were playing with a Garmin Oregon. This one seemed more difficult to get through each of the steps. We had to back up during each step and it took us a couple of steps before we got used to the method of play. Our own fault occurred in one step where there were three choices and we didn't notice the scroll arrows to get to the additional choice so it took us a while at that one step. At the other steps we chose correctly. At the end the method to get to the completion code (we think) only appeared for a moment and then disappeared. But we were able to still save the completed game and were able to then upload that saved & completed game to confirm the completion, so the completion code luckily was not required.

We had never been to Alburquerque and we were using geo aching as a means to see the city. This Wherigo gave us a wonderful waking tour of Old Town. Many thanks to the CO for creating this Wherigo for us to enjoy!

This was a lot of fun once I got around the glitch of Papa Smurf not asking me a question. I played on an android phone and needed to keep looking for the "Actions" button to have something in it. I will do more local wherigo caches when I come back in the future.

Played using the Whereigo App on an iPhone 4.

Really enjoyed this one! The final was definitely tricky, but it's in fabulous shape and shouldn't move anywhere soon. The coordinates were right on.

One of the stages is not in the parking lot as it says - it is actually on a corner that you pass on the way to the parking lot.

Overall, a very well-done Whereigo!!!

etacos and I had a nice time today doing this whereigo. I don't come to Old Town often so this was a nice chance to do some looking around again. Was hoping it would take us until at least lunch so we could stop at Church Street Cafe for a nice meal, but we finished way too early. Poor planning on our part.

Using the Garmin 550t was a lesson in futility. We returned with our Garmin 450 and the 550t to use for coordinates and finished it on our second attempt. It took us to some of our favorite Old Town haunts and now we know which Garmin to use on future Wherigo attempts.

What a great way to spend Memorial Day weekend than to go downtown and try to tackle this Where I Go cache. I used my Garmin and Walldoe used his Galaxy S4 phone. They both worked very well. We're becoming more familiar with this area even though we're still somewhat newbies to this area, so we'd been to many of the stages before which made it easier for us. The square was crowded with live entertainment and spectators which made one of the stages a bit more challenging than usual. We really did have a good stroll around town and managed to get the final coordinates. We were a bit naughty and decided to walk to the final stage, even though the CO highly discouraged it. It was a beautiful afternoon and we felt like walking. We made it to GZ with no problem, but it took us a few minutes longer than we anticipated to find it. Not sure how we initially missed it, but it finally made its presence known and we nabbed it. This really was a fun cache to do. Thanks so much for taking the time to put it together.
