We had a great walk and the rain held off until we were about 0.1 from the car. A fabulous idea and we wouldn't have discovered so much about the village without doing the cartridge. All worked very smoothly on Garmin 550t and Iphone Whereigo app and yes, we did find the dove. :) A nice surprise at the end. Thank you for taking the trouble to do this. 5* experience!

Enjoyed playing this game and finding out some more about locations around Frampton Cotterrell that I probable wouldn't have otherwise found out about. Enjoyed the final task at the end too! The only catch was the problem other people have reported with not being able to catch the Dove. Had to resort to using the emulator to get past it. I'm using WhereYouGo v 0.8.10 running on Android v4.1.2. T4tC, JRI.

I have been keen to have a go at a Wherigo for a while, and finally found the time today.
I meet up with AngieMC, Gnomedodds, Tim'n'Marion & Andy&girlsUSA at the starting co-ords, and started the app on a couple of different devices.
All bar Gnomedodds had never done one before, so we took a bit longer to get going.
All was going well until we had to catch the dove!! It worked fine on iPhone & Garmin, but an Android phone just refused to catch the blighter. It was probably just the phone though - it's Q4's, so I don't normally use it for caching. It did give us a chance to stop for a snack, and for the geodog to have a run around.
We followed all the instructions, and learnt all about the Windmill.
It was a lovely walk, with great company, and some super places that we passed.
Thanks so much for putting this cache together, gets a favourite point from me.

This cache was also to be my 800th.
I am trying to get as many different icons for my milestones, so was extra keen to grab a Wherigo.

At GZ, all the geokids made various swaps of swag, and we all signed the log.

I was out with fellow cachers and we completed this wherigo. It was my first and it was a good experiance. It took us around the local area which I knew reasonably well any way but it was nice to get out there and find this cache. Thank you for setting it out.

We had a good sunny trip around Frampton following this cartridge, which is our first Whereigo! We enjoyed the trip very much and the cartridge worked fine on my iPhone 3. We also took advantage to find some other caches on way around. Unfortunately the sun had brought out loads of muggles and the wife was disappointed we could not get enough clear time to build the windmill, was like being in Bristol centre :-) Will have to do more now.

Thanx for the effort in creating this walk.

A comment - would have benefitted from a ping when we got into a zone to save having to look at my phone so much!

Ed

PS - I have a code to unlock but it is not accepted !!! What do I do now?

An enjoyable Wherigo, completed with Leonards193, which took us to various areas with interesting local history....and gave an enjoyable walk.

A really lovely wherigo, nice story and interesting things to collect along the way. Enjoyed attempting to build a windmill at the end of the game too.

Really enjoyed the walk around Frampton in the sunshine this morning. We played on the Oregon 550, iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S4, all worked fine until the rec when the S4 got stuck so we ditched that and continued with the Oregon and iPhone - both worked perfectly for the rest of the game. A really enjoyable Wherigo, nice theme and very well put together -

I really enjoy Wherigo caches, and this one was a nice easy one. I got a bit stuck at one stage, but the guardian angel pointed me in the right direction. I'll definitely do more of these as the year progresses. Thanks for designing this one.
