Nice stroll over to the final hiding place for the cache. Another part of the woods where I haven't been before!
Our first wherigo, unsure where to put the code it gave us after completion though!

Over the years I’ve tried this on an Android tablet, an Amazon tablet and on an old iPhone but each time I’ve encountered some problem with the cartridge. I’ve recently been given a brand new iPhone so decided to test it out on this Wherigo.
It was hammering it down with rain but at least that meant there weren’t lots of people about especially seeing that I must have looked quite dodgy wandering back and forth. One thing I did notice whilst walking around was the amount of people with dogs to whom the signs clearly did not apply!
Once the coordinates were revealed I squelched my way to the final GZ, as by this time my wellies were full of water, having run down my legs into them!
At the GZ I found the outer container in situ but the inner one was out in the open minus its lid. The log book is wet to say the least and the worms and slugs were having a party in the plastic bag! I’ve removed everything and tried to dry it out the best I can but the CO may need to replace the log book as I’ve only left two small pieces of paper.
I picked up a TB but it will need a good wash before I pass it on.

This was my first Wherigo, unfortunately I couldn't load the cartridge onto my new Oregon 600, so I borrowed a friend's. What fun and such a hoot, I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience. Wish I could do some more.

A pleasant afternoon in the Country Park. We shared the leg-work, taking it in turns to cross the pond. Then a short walk to the final, via another geocache. Thanks.

We've done a few Wherigos along this theme now so knew exactly which to take 'across' to zone B and in what order.
Started just as it was getting light and the swans were still asleep on the lake. All worked perfectly.
