This is my second to play and I thought I knew what I was doing, but being older and not remembering what I did last time, kept needing a PAF. With a bit of luck and help of a few geofriends that have completed this, I got my iphone to work with me and I was able to free Yuri and get the needed code. Then I couldn't get the code to work. I forgot that only the first 15 digits are needed to unlock it. When I reread some other logs, I remembered and was able to complete the game. Only took me 2 hours on one day with 2 PAF as I kept going back to start it again to get it to work with me LOL, and a short hike the then day to complete it after another PAF. Maybe my third one will be easier, if I can remember what I did for this one.

This was my first Wherigo so I was clueless and went through the stages more than once to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to do. The first day I did the first stage then went home and looked up the whole Wherigo game thing using an Android phone looking for what I was supposed to do next and how to get it done. The tutorials more or less said they could be any-thing any-where and designed any-way (big help right) so I went back today and just winged it. Only problem was I kept trying to get a popup on the last stage for about 45min of moving in and out and around and around GZ until someone on a bike, after passing me a few times in the same area asked if I needed some help and I decided yes I needed to get out of the heat and learn some more so headed back to the parking lot. When I got back to the cachemobile and played with the program more I hit the right button/s and entered the code from the scroll. Awwww sweet success and a smiley on my first Wherigo using an Andriod phone and the Whereyougo program.
Thanks for taking the time to place this cache, it is those willing to hide and maintain who keep us all in the game!!

Our first "whereigo" completed today. These are pretty fun and we will be doing more. At the finish, it gave us a code to log, but we weren't sure what to do with it. Again, we did get Yuri the three items and code to get home.

After trying to find this cache a couple of years ago using my iphone and being foiled by the iphone's limitations, I finally bought a Garmin Colorado (AR_Kayaker, Mr Garmin owes you a commission, I bought it just to find this cache). Found it this afternoon.

We played this one this morning, and although the cartridge ran smoothly we felt it was more of a combo letterbox with clues than a straightforward Wherigo. The segments were so far apart that you couldn't see where to go next, and when my GPS is playing a wherigo, I can't see the compass, so those directions were only somewhat useful. That said, it played well, and we found the prize. Thanks.

Talked Bratt22 to go with me to do this whereigo and we have basically the same kind of GPS a Garmin and we had a little trouble figuring out where we was to go but manage to make the trip around Burns Park and to the finally cache. But about 100 feet from the cache her unit turns off. So we used mind the rest of the way found the container but the unit kept jumping around from 8 feet to 1 feet several times but never said we found it or that it would take us anywere else. So we finished it but it didn't give us a code to unlock this. I had done the one in Ozark and Van Buren like two weeks ago and one worked great and the other one couldn't unlock it with the code. Anyway... enjoyed going here and there. Thanks for the whereigo.
