This cache series has a very long history. Years ago, when I first came to Edinburgh for working, I was not a geocacher and had never heard of geocaching. Even then I had noticed these strange colored buildings and wondered what they were and what they were for. An internet search and, to my surprise, I found all the information. So I had fun searching for those nearby. Years later I discovered the geocaching, then imagine my surprise when I find and read these wherigo. Over time and subsequent times I continued the research. I had easily reached 15 and then 30 but I never had the chance to go to the Final. Today, back in Edinburgh for vacation and no longer for work, I decided to close the game. Wake up early in the morning, I collected the last and, perhaps easier boxes, mainly located in the Old Town. Today I can finally go and search the Finals.
This was the first. Nice hiding place and a wonderful Cache container!! TFTC and FP !!

Every now and then we go out and seek out nice places to visit with Andre61, de Hammies and Iluvatar0, we had to miss Ge(o)daan this trip.
The last few time we went out to look for lost places, but this time we decided to do a roadtrip through Scotland.
We started in Edinburgh, via Inverness to Skye and back to Edinburgh via Fort William.
Seen a lot of the country and did some challenging caches.

The last day, after our stay in Stirling we oicked up some caches there and went on to Edinburgh to do some urban caching.

Iluvatar0 likes to have as much cache types per country so we looked for a Wherigo.
We found this set of three and decided to try how far we could get.
With the right resources it isn't that hard. We managed to do the beginner and the Intermediate.
We didn't have time left for the Advanced, but who knows, meybe we'll come back one day and try again.

Au_and_U, thanks!

During my visit in Edinburgh I wanted to try some local wherigo. This game - on level beginner - is really good for visitor like me (nonlinear game with enough stages in city center). I recommend finding an online map of police boxes, because it made my search easier.
Thank you for the nice game and good idea for wherigo!

Greetings from Czech Republic. :-)
